- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 cup warm water, added gradually
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp powdered milk
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1.1 lb tomato sauce (≈500 g), strained and additive‑free
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Pinch salt
- Pinch black pepper
- 1.1 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 0.125 lb salami slices (≈1 oz) or another filling of choice
- 3 green bell pepper rings
- 1 onion ring
- ½ cup sliced black olives
Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add the oil and warm water gradually, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rise until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough onto a baking sheet to a thin layer.
