  • 1.1 lb tomato sauce (≈500 g), strained and additive‑free
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch black pepper
  • 1.1 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.125 lb salami slices (≈1 oz) or another filling of choice
  • 3 green bell pepper rings
  • 1 onion ring
  • ½ cup sliced black olives

Instructions
