Ingredients

  • 14 oz rice noodles
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 10 oz peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small red chili pepper, minced (optional)
  • 1 small piece grated ginger
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil the rice noodles until tender, then drain and set aside.
  2. Whisk soy sauce and oyster sauce together in a small bowl.
  3. Sauté half a tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat; cook garlic, onion, chili, and ginger until golden, about 2 minutes.
